This program helps you return without pressure, with a gentle, structured approach that rebuilds strength, stamina, and your connection to running.

Whether you were a regular marathoner, a recreational jogger, or someone who just used to enjoy weekend runs, Restart Run is your safe space to start again.

What to Expect

Program Structure (8 Weeks)
  • Week 1–2: Walk-Jog Recovery Sessions, Breathing and Posture Reset
  • Week 3–4: Light Jog Intervals + Strength Training (twice a week)
  • Week 5–6: Steady Running for 20–30 mins, Form Drills, Mobility Work
  • Week 7–8: Rebuild Rhythm – Gradual Distance and Pace Increases
  • + Optional weekend group runs and personalized mentor check-ins
